Veggie Pizza Spread

Here’s a really good base spread for a veggie pizza:

*1 cup sunflower seeds

*a tbsp of olive oil

*juice of half a lime

*2 tbsp of cream cheese (if you are vegan, lactose intolerant, or just watching your fats no problem, just substitute with any of the following that you may like… soy yogurt, or veggie-naise, or plain cashew milk with 1-2 tbsp. of nutritional yeast mixed in it. There you go, you can still enjoy the creamy base without the dairy!) 

*salt and pepper to taste

Put it all in a food processor or blender and turn it into a creamy paste to spread on the pizza and top with veggies! Yum!
