Though staying well hydrated is very important to perform your best, remember this, studies have shown that thirst is a reliable indicator for fluid needs in your body. So, you don’t have to religiously drink 8 cups of water a day; just be sure to drink when you are thirsty! Remember drinking too much water all the time can cause water toxicity & actually hurt you not help you, but it has to be quite a lot of water!
