Warm ups

I was at the local gym the other day and as usual I see people hitting the weights hard without warming up! You will hurt yourself doing that! Always warm up by basically doing anything that will make you sweat! Sweating indicates that you are sufficiently warmed up to start lifting weights. Can’t stress it enough, warm up before strength training! How do you know you’re warmed up? You’re sweating!
