Don’t skip that meal!

NEVER SKIP A MEAL!!!

If you absolutely cannot eat three regular meals a day, try this…  rather than three large meals a day, break it up into five to six, portable, small meals/sizeable snacks a day. Just remember to eat lots of veggies, fruits, legumes and grains; because these are literally ‘brain food’ and food for the rest of your body too!
