Info tid-bits!

Have you heard people say that exercising close to bedtime will keep you awake? Well, there is really no hard scientific evidence that it will hinder your sleep. If I miss my time to work-out during the day, I will jump on the treadmill at night, get my work-out done, take a shower and go to bed~sleep like a baby every time!

So don’t be afraid of late night workouts, better late night, than none at all!!!
